Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions (Full Policy)
This Gift Certificate Policy and Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase, possession,and redemption of all gift certificates issued by Lusso Medspa and Wellness (“Lusso,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, accepting, possessing, or redeeming a gift certificate issued by Lusso Medspa and Wellness, the purchaser and/or holder (“Purchaser,” “Recipient,” or “Bearer”) agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth
herein.
1. Nature of Gift Certificates
Gift certificates issued by Lusso Medspa and Wellness are prepaid instruments that may be redeemed solely for goods and services offered by Lusso Medspa and Wellness. Gift certificates do not constitute a bank account, credit account, or deposit account and are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.
Gift certificates are valid only for services, treatments, and retail products available at Lusso Medspa and Wellness at the time of redemption and are subject to provider discretion and
medical eligibility requirements.
2. Non‑Refundable Policy
All gift certificate purchases are final and non‑refundable. Lusso Medspa and Wellness does not provide refunds, reimbursements, or cash value for gift certificates except where
required by applicable law.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Failure to schedule or utilize services
• Scheduling conflicts
• Relocation
• Medical ineligibility for a specific treatment
• Dissatisfaction with a service not yet rendered
3. Expiration and Promotional Value
Gift certificates purchased for monetary value do not expire in accordance with applicable Arizona law. The underlying funds associated with a purchased gift certificate remain valid
and redeemable at Lusso Medspa and Wellness.

However, any promotional value associated with a gift certificate expires one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Examples of promotional value may include:
• Bonus services
• Added treatment value
• Promotional pricing
• Holiday promotions
After the promotional value expires, the remaining paid value of the certificate may still be applied toward services or products offered by Lusso Medspa and Wellness.
4. Promotional, Complimentary, or Charity Certificates
Gift certificates issued as part of a promotion, given free of charge, issued for marketing purposes, or sold at a discounted rate for charitable events may expire on the date printed
on the certificate.
These promotional or complimentary certificates have no cash value and must be redeemed before the listed expiration date.
5. Redemption of Services
Gift certificates may only be redeemed for services or products provided by Lusso Medspa and Wellness and are subject to:
• Provider availability
• Medical evaluation and treatment eligibility
• Company policies regarding scheduling and cancellation
If a recipient is determined by a licensed provider to be medically unsuitable for a specific treatment, the certificate value may be applied toward alternative services or retail products offered by Lusso Medspa and Wellness but will not be refunded for cash.
6. Non‑Transferability of Refund Rights
Gift certificates may be transferred or gifted to another individual for redemption; however, the right to request a refund is not transferable.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Certificates

Lusso Medspa and Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, altered, destroyed, or unauthorized use of gift certificates. Replacement certificates may be issued solely at the discretion of Lusso Medspa and Wellness and may require proof of purchase.
8. No Cash Redemption
Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash or monetary equivalents except where required by Arizona law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lusso Medspa and Wellness shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the purchase, possession, or use of any gift certificate.
10. Policy Modifications
Lusso Medspa and Wellness reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time. The terms in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to the applicable gift certificate.
11. Acceptance of Terms
The purchase, possession, or use of a Lusso Medspa and Wellness gift certificate constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms contained in this Agreement.
